Well, a lot has happened since mylast post.  My dog Duffy passed away on Feb. 28, 2011.  I got a Great Pyrenes to keep the coyotes away from my farm.

I have had to put the dogs in a kennel because they keep crossing the creek and going into a residential area.  I put in an underground fence but they go right thru it.

Yesterday I let them out to run while I went to take a shower.  When I came down they were gone.  I yelled and yelled.  Finally they both showed up, covered in burrs!  They had been in the woods.

After that everything calmed down.  I do have plans on putting more fencing in so they don't go into the creek and cross it.
 

Found out that my Golden Retriever, Duffy, has cancer.  He had one operation to remove a tumor.  He has 4-6 weeks to live.  I'm having a rough time with it.  You would never know that he is sick.  He is still a happy dog.  He is 12 years old.

I love watching the dogs play in the snow.  Chelsea has a blast!

So I put Chelsea in the outside kennel before I left for work yesterday.  When I came home she was sitting on the back steps and all excited to see me.
